Sunday Morning Pancakes

Goodmorning Everyone! Woke up this morning fancying a threat and considering it’s still my birthday I decided pancakes, why not?

If you have been on this blog before you’ll know I am no stranger to pancakes, especially if they are yogurt based…my favorite!

Unfortunately I run out of yogurt but still craved something extra delicious for breakfast so I went and tried the more classic recipe, and honestly it turned out pretty great!

So If you fancy yourself something sweet and tasty here is what you need:

DRY INGREDIENTS

200gr plain flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp caster sugar

Pinch of salt

WET INGREDIENTS

2 large eggs

250ml milk

1 tbsp melted butter

(Vanilla) optional

That’s it practically! Mix all together and start cooking you pancakes on slow eat so that they don’t burn!

Than for the fun part you can add fillings of your favor like bananas, chocolate, nutella, honey, marmalade or go traditional with maple sirup that is up to you!😘

I went for raspberry jam 😋

Ok, now that my belly is full i‘ll get started to go out and enjoy this beautiful sunny sunday!

Lots of love,

J.
