I ❤ Coconut oil

Hello everyone! How is the weekend going? I am feeling so much better, I guess I really needed time to myself, speaking of time to myself I thought of opening this sunday post with the second part of my new skincare routine… subject of the day COCONUT OIL!

Indeed, as an half indian this product is no stranger to me, for years and years my hair were deeply involved in a solid relationship with Coconut oil, such a happy time for my hair…However this product does wonders for the skin, too!

It’s in fact an amazing makeup cleanser… Even when you think you are done with a usual cleanser… if you go over it one more time with Coconut oil… it will get some extra ugly stuff out, for sure! But the major effect of this product it’s how moisturizing and smoothing it can be for the skin… like washing off all the harshness and living a brand new surface…

It’s AMAZING, I use it to get reed of extra makeup at least 3 times a week… and when I want to pamper my skin ar nught I go over with a generous amount on a cotton disk, leave it on my face for a minute or so … wash it off sfter a little while.. and go on with my normal face cream. The skin the next morning after this routine is much more even and healthier looking!

Another secret is that it can be also an amazing body butter product too and you can often make a DIY version all by your self…

So, what do you think? Did you know about Coconut oil? How do you implement it in your face routine? Please let me know! 🙂

  1. I use coconut oil everyday to remove my makeup and twice a week to make a DIY face exfoliant with a few pinches of brown sugar! The benefits of an exfoliant plus the benefits of deep moisture!
