Summer days in Paris (one year ago..)

..ok I’ll just skip the introduction this time… I was thinking about opening with something different than the usual “Hey…” but nothing brilliant is popping in my mind right now, so I am not gonna force any awkward way of starting this post …also because it looks already pretty awkward to me!

I was doing some “cleaning ” among the unbelievable mess I have on my computer right now.. when I came across a folder with the pictures I took in Paris last year. I admit I felt a little nostalgic, it was last july…I was packing my suitcase and bags..preparing my self for a tour of all the possible macaroons bakery shops in the city… and packing for the first time summer clothes in a city I fell in love with in December… it was a little shocking to be there without 2 kg of wool on me! for real!

I also remembered how I tough of writing about some of my favorite spots and places..how I started but never really finished.. well they say that “Paris is always a good idea” so I guess is always a good idea to talk about it too!!

Walking around Paris is like entering e glorious tale… in a timeless dimension…I probably already said it bur sometimes I just think of ” Midnight in Paris ” the movie by Woody Allen. When I am there I really feel like the character from the movie, Gil .. awaiting for something extraordinary and unbelievable to happen!

“Paris in the morning is beautiful, Paris in the afternoon is charming, Paris in the evening is enchanting but Paris after midnight is magic!”

Well time to come back to my computer mess… it was nice though going back for a little while!

I hope you have a lovely evening!

À bientôt
